That's good that OCCA is on board -- did they want to provide any guidance or input before joining in??

If you want the blog to be a reliable and useful reflection of the steps and progress in the process - it would be better to use it and send folks the link to the new posting --
switching back and forth is like tearing pages out of a journal ---

later you or someone else might say --- "Now, how did that happen?"
or "What question does that statement answer?"

But if the blog gets in the way -- it could just be dropped.

I just find it more useful than sorting through all my emails --
